Frank Wagtmans was born in 1972. He lives and works in Sittard, Netherlands.
Frank has a penchant for drawing, but also has a concentration in painting. He is currently experimenting in painting with shapes, styles and colors.
Frank is now working primarily on commission. His work consists of painting and drawing portraits where the familiarity of the face is paramount.
Frank is also currently working on a new series of paintings for an upcoming exhibition.
